Help at Home provides high-quality home care and supported living services across the East Midlands. We aim to help our clients live as independently as possible in their own homes with dignity and respect.

About Us

Our care assistants provide expert support for a broad range of service users. We offer:

Home care services for the elderly
Care for adults and children with specialist or complex needs
End of life care
Reablement support to help people regain independence after a period of illness, injury or hospitalisation.
Live-in support and respite support for family carers.

Help at Home provides quality home care support to hundreds of local people across Leicester, with services commissioned through local authorities or purchased privately by individual customers or their families.

Our aim is to deliver home care which improves the lives of our service users and that treats them, and their families, with respect, dignity and compassion. We believe that our services should not only comply with regulatory standards, but that they should also deliver excellence and promote overall well-being.

Our People

We are very proud of our committed care assistant workforce. Every day, hundreds of Help at Home staff go out into their local communities across the East Midlands to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable older and disabled people. The teams in our local branches are just as dedicated to providing services of the highest quality. Each local office is overseen by a CQC-registered manager who is responsible for a team of care coordinators and field-based assessors. Depending on the size of the operation, local teams may also comprise recruiters and admin support staff.

Our local sites are supported by an experienced and highly competent regional management team which offers daily support to local branches, ensuring that our services remain of a consistently high standard.
