Help at Home provides high-quality home care and supported living services across the East Midlands. We aim to help our clients live as independently as possible in their own homes with dignity and respect.

About us

At Help at Home, our care professionals provide expert support for individuals struggling with a disability or illness. This includes:

Home care services for the elderly
Care for adults and children with specialist or complex needs
End-of-life care
Reablement support to help people regain independence after a period of illness, injury or hospitalisation
Live-in support and respite support for family carers

Help at Home provides quality homecare support to hundreds of local people across Leicester, with services commissioned through local authorities or purchased privately by individual customers or their families.

Our aim is to deliver homecare which improves the lives of our clients and that treats them and their families with respect, dignity, and compassion. We believe that our services should not only comply with regulatory standards, but that they should also deliver excellence and promote overall wellbeing.

Our people

We’re very proud of our committed team of care professionals. Every day, hundreds of Help at Home staff go out into their local communities across the East Midlands to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable older and disabled people.

The teams in our local branches are just as dedicated to providing high-quality services. Each local office is overseen by a CQC-registered manager who’s responsible for a team of care coordinators and field-based assessors. Depending on the size of the operation, local teams may also comprise recruiters and admin support staff.

Our local sites are supported by an experienced and highly competent regional management team which offers daily support to local branches, ensuring that our services remain of a consistently high standard.
